Phillip L. Gauntt & Associates Real Estate & Auctioneering, Inc. has been providing real estate and auctioneering services to the Central Indiana area since 1985. Our staff has a total of 86 licensed accumulated years of Auction & Real Estate experience.

We perform various types of auctions, however our "nitch" has become Farm Real Estate. We also perform auctions for Farm Machinery, household and antiques. Houses and personal properties can be auctioned very efficiently the same day. Auction is a great way to market a home. We prepare brochures and conduct open houses prior to auction day. It is advertised that Seller has right of approval on sale of home. Over 80% are sold on the day of auction.
